Alexis Chacon, Director

Education: Child Development Associate Degree

Certifications: Texas Director Certificate

Hello, Parents! My name is Alexis, and I am the acting director at Lockhart Academy & Child Care here in Allen, TX! I have worked with Children over 11 years and I love being a part of their growth and development. I worked as a Director of Education before I took on the role of Lead Campus Director. I have a passion for early childhood education and I take pride in my school and the families that I have the pleasure to cross paths with.

Kelly Harris, Associate Director

Education: Bachelors in Education

Certifications: Lifetime Teaching Certificate from UNT

I began my career in the Middle School in Birdville ISD. I have seven years of experience in the Elementary classroom in Richardson and Allen ISD. I have 13 years experience in early childcare, including lead infant, Montessori environments , and two years as Associate Director. I will have my Texas Director Credential by the end of 2024. I'm super excited to be at Children's Courtyard of Allen!
